Custom software for the people who keep business moving

Fewer handoffs. More control.

We connect people, ERP and WMS to turn spreadsheets, chasing and manual checks into guided work. We start with one real process. Then make it simpler, together.

Scroll. Watch the process take shape.

The work is there. Give it a flow.

An illustration of the method, not a client’s data.

  1. 01

The information exists. You still have to chase it.

A record in the ERP, a confirmation over the phone, a file to update. Work stalls in the handoffs between tools and people.

Start where time or control is being lost.
  2. 02

Connect what matters. To the work you do.

We build a focused tool around your existing systems so the right information reaches the right person when they need to act.

Roles, information and the next action in one context.
  3. 03

See the change. Try it for yourself.

After approving the estimate, explore a protected preview against your use cases. Your feedback becomes part of the project before release.

Make an informed decision about a result you have seen.

Six problems. Six implemented systems.

The first step is a conversation

Bring a problem. Leave with a direction.

In the free initial consultation, we clarify the process, constraints and first useful outcome. Then decide together whether and how to proceed.

  1. 01

    Prepare the consultation

Describe the problem and attach useful documents before the call. Everything becomes part of the project context.

  2. 02

    Define the right MVP

In the free consultation, Wythin turns real use cases into requirements, user stories and explicit constraints.

  3. 03

    Agree scope and estimate

Only when the information is clear do you receive a versioned estimate. Scope, assumptions and negotiation remain visible.

  4. 04

    Try it before release

After approval and build, you receive a protected preview where you can explore the proposal, point to anything unclear and choose how to continue.

The initial consultation is free and carries no commitment. Development is estimated separately and starts only after your approval.

WythinForge / FAQ

A few things to make clear before we start.

Do I need to replace my ERP or WMS?

We start with the systems you use. During the consultation, we review access, interfaces and constraints to understand how they can connect. Integration feasibility depends on your context.

Do I need a fully defined project?

A process that slows you down is enough. One concrete example, who performs it and where it gets stuck are a good starting point. You can attach useful documents to a written request.

When will I know the cost and timeline?

Once the outcome, scope and constraints are clear, you receive an estimate with explicit assumptions. Cost and timing follow that scope. No development starts without approval.

Can I try the software before release?

Yes. After approval and development, a protected preview lets you verify the agreed use cases and leave feedback. Requests, decisions and releases stay in your private Workspace.
